Strength, Flexibility, Balance & Aliveness For Your Body, Mind & Spirit

2021 Thanksgiving Blessings!

To all my dear Youthful Hearts class members:

Well…here we are…the holiday season has arrived, and I want you to know how very grateful I am for all the ways you bless my life. Your presence in my classes means the world to me and contributes to my deep joy, fulfillment, and personal growth.

Considering all that we’ve been through this last couple of years, I bow in respect to each of you for your fierce courage and perseverance. You are my heroes! Thank you for your beautiful hearts and for your commitment to your health, including staying connected in community during these turbulent times. I feel so lucky to spend quality time with you through the ups-and-downs-and-all-arounds of life.

My holiday wish for you is that you appreciate and value yourself and your most amazing life journey. With all that you’ve learned (and are learning) from your education, adventures, and challenges, with all that you’ve taught to others by example and guidance, with your contributions, skills, creative gifts, supportive offerings, and just being YOU, this world is a better place because you’re in it! You are a magnificent blessing to many.

May the holidays bring you caring connections, gratitude, love, and good cheer. We can all sure use it these days!  If the holidays are a difficult time for you due to the loss of a cherished loved one or any other painful experience, my heart goes out to you. Please be gentle with yourself and practice self-compassion. It’s the greatest gift you can give yourself.

Let your good memories warm your heart, and say a prayer for those you miss. Be sure to hug yourself and your loved ones who are still with you. Wonderful blessings are all around and need to be noticed. Let us not take precious life for granted.

Practicing gratitude is known to help us feel less stressed, boost mood and depression, strengthen immunity, lessen pain and build healthier relationships.  As someone once said, “The most powerful weapon against daily battles is finding the courage to be grateful anyway.”

Be safe, well, and continuously enriched by life…

Hugs with delight,
Jeanette
