Hi my Youthful Hearts friends,

Another year is upon us. Welcome 2024! I hope this email finds you well and rested from our holiday break. I’ve had a wonderful vacation with lots of restorative R & R, and I’m raring to get back to our classes together. I’ve missed you all! 
 
Getting back to class, whether you’re feeling energized or sluggish, eager or feeling some inertia, COME AS YOU ARE. Let’s reach for the light, and the positive flow of life, and get ourselves moving for health and wellness in the dawning of this transformative new year! One step at a time. (Zoom classes resume this week on January 8th and 11th. Margaret Todd Classes start on January 9th.)
 
I am thrilled to embark on another year of health, strength, and connection with each one of you. Our shared commitment to wellness is truly inspiring, and I am grateful for the opportunity to guide and support you on this path. 
 
Let’s enjoy consistent, manageable movement, embrace the progress we make together, and relish in the wonderful sense of community we’ve built. Here’s to a fantastic year of staying active, having fun, and supporting each other along the winding path of life. 
 
As we step into the new year, my wish for each of you is a year filled with resilience, inner peace, and moments of delight. May you find strength in challenging times, cherish the simple pleasures, and surround yourselves with love and positivity. Monday:  
9:15am – 10am, Fit and Fun, Low Impact Aerobics + more
10:30am – 11:15am, Still Going Strong, Strength/Stretch/Balance + more
12:45pm – 1:15pm, Line Dancing. (We’ll do 3-4 beginner/intermediate dances.)

Thursday:
9:15am – 10am, Fit and Fun, Low Impact Aerobics + more 
10:30am – 11:15am, Still Going Strong, Strength/Stretch/Balance + more
12:45pm – 1:30pm, Chair Exercise, Light Cardio/Strength/Stretch + more
At the Margaret Todd Senior Center, our first session dates are 
January 9 – February 13. Please note the new class times below.
 
Tuesdays, In-Person at the Margaret Todd Senior Center:
9:30am – 10:30am, Fit and Fun, Low Impact Aerobics + more 
(New time) 11:00am – 12pm, Still Going Strong, Strength/Stretch/Balance + more 
(New time) 12:25pm – 1:05pm, Line Dancing, Beginner/Intermediate dances
(New time) 1:30pm – 2:10pm, Chair Exercise, Light Cardio/Strength/Stretch +
