In this rejuvenating, stress-releasing class we focus on learning a variety of popular line dances. You’ll have a lot of fun and get some beneficial exercise. Plus, you’ll develop better memory. For music we use a wide mix of styles, including country, pop and big band. Beginning and intermediate dances are taught with repetition and review. Come meet some great people and breathe new life into your soul! Newcomers of all levels are welcome. Wear soft sole shoes. Please note that this class is more challenging for beginners when done on Zoom because we turn a lot in line dancing.
