 Youthful Hearts 50+ exercise classes are held in Marin County, California at the Margaret Todd Senior Center in Novato, and also on Zoom. Unfortunately, after 26 years, I’m no longer teaching at the San Rafael Community Center. Currently, my classes are meeting on Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays each week, and in-person on Tuesdays in Novato, CA.  We’re having a great time together!  If you’d like more info about my live-streaming fitness classes on Zoom or my upcoming in-person classes, contact me here. After a good warm-up we do low impact aerobics for approx 25 minutes. Fitness levels 1, 2 and 3 are demonstrated so you can choose which one is right for you. The 2nd part of class is devoted to strength training (using hand weights and elastic bands) and stretching. Every class includes an optional guided relaxation from 10:30am-10:35am. We do some floor work in this class. All equipment is provided.
