Youthful Hearts 50+ exercise classes are held in Marin County, California at the Margaret Todd Senior Center in Novato, and also on Zoom. Unfortunately, after 26 years, I’m no longer teaching at the San Rafael Community Center. Currently, my classes are meeting on Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays each week, and in-person on Tuesdays in Novato, CA. We’re having a great time together! In this rejuvenating, stress-releasing class we focus on learning a variety of popular line dances. You’ll have a lot of fun and get some beneficial exercise. Plus, you’ll develop better memory. For music we use a wide mix of styles, including country, pop and big band. Don’t worry about feeling overwhelmed. Beginning and intermediate dances are taught in a patient, step-by-step manner with repetition and review. Come meet some great people and breathe new life into your soul! Newcomers of all levels are welcome. Wear soft sole shoes.

There is no mat work in this class. All of the exercises are done standing or sitting in a chair.
