Strength, Flexibility, Balance & Aliveness For Your Body, Mind & Spirit

Youthful Hearts 50+ exercise classes are held in Marin County, California at the Margaret Todd Senior Center in Novato, and also on Zoom. Unfortunately, after 26 years, I’m no longer teaching at the San Rafael Community Center. Currently, my classes are meeting on Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays each week, and in-person on Tuesdays in Novato, CA.  We’re having a great time together!  If you’d like more info about my live-streaming fitness classes on Zoom or my upcoming in-person classes, contact me here.
