This class is a wonderful blend of strengthening & stretching, done standing and sitting. (No floor work.) The strength exercises are done using hand and leg weights and elastic bands. Modifications are shown for those with certain limitations. During the last few minutes of class, we focus on various stress-release practices such as qi-gong, breathing, more stretching, and energy therapies. This is an all over workout that will leave you feeling great! All equipment is provided.
