This class is a wonderful blend of strengthening & stretching, done standing with a bit of sitting. The strength exercises are done using hand weights, body weight & elastic bands. Modifications are shown for those with certain limitations. The class includes relaxation practices. This is an all over workout that will leave you feeling great!
