This class is a wonderful blend of strengthening & stretching, done standing, sitting, and on a mat. The strength exercises are done using hand weights, body weight and elastic bands. Modifications are shown for those with certain limitations. This is an all over workout that will leave you feeling great! Class ends in a guided relaxation on the mat.
