FYI: All of my in-person classes are on hold right now due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. However, my classes are meeting on Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays each week, and we’re having a great time together! If you’d like info about my live-streaming fitness classes on Zoom, contact me here.

Current Zoom Class Schedule

Monday:  
9:15am – 10am, Fit and Fun, Low Impact Aerobics + more 
10:30am – 11:15am, Still Going Strong, Strength & Stretch + more 
12:45pm – 1:15pm Line Dancing (we’ll do 2 or 3 beginner dances.)
 
Thursday:
9:15am – 10am, Fit and Fun, Low Impact Aerobics + more 
10:30am – 11:15am, Still Going Strong, Strength & Stretch + more
12:45pm – 1:30pm, Chair Exercise, light cardio, strength & stretch

When the Pandemic is over, and we’re allowed to gather in-person again, then we’ll resume the following programs and locations:

 Youthful Hearts boomers and seniors exercise classes are held in two locations in Marin County, California: Goldenaires at San Rafael Community Center, and Margaret Todd Senior Center in Novato. Generally, I teach classes on Tues/Thurs mornings in Novato, CA and Mon/Fri mornings in San Rafael, CA. However, as you’ll see below, there are some exceptions to allow for holidays and special events. Please view the current schedule below. Hope to see you in a class sometime soon! Take care.
