In this rejuvenating, stress-releasing class we focus on learning a variety of popular line dances. You’ll have a lot of fun and get some beneficial exercise. Plus, you’ll develop better memory. For music we use a wide mix of styles, including country, pop and big band. Don’t worry about feeling overwhelmed. Beginning and intermediate dances are taught in a patient, step-by-step manner with repetition and review. Come meet some great people and breathe new life into your soul!
