Join Jeanette and Judy for a full body stretch on the mat, that will not just lengthen your muscles and connective tissues but will calm your mind and whole body. We'll do a blend of basic stretches, yoga, some core-strengthening, and a guided, relaxing meditation at the end. This is almost a full hour class, all done on the mat. You could divide it into 2 or 3 shorter classes, if you prefer.

Qigong (also spelled Chi-Kung) is the art and science of using rhythmic breathing techniques, gentle, slow repetition of movement and and a calm mindful state to circulate life energy, or Qi, throughout the body's energy pathways called meridians. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is thought that if the flow of qi is blocked or unbalanced at any point on a pathway, we may become ill.
