50+ Full Body Stretch & Core Strength (on Mat), Full class

Join Jeanette and Judy for a full body stretch on the mat, that will not just lengthen your muscles and connective tissues but will calm your mind and whole body. We’ll do a blend of basic stretches, yoga, some core-strengthening, and a guided, relaxing meditation at the end. This is almost a full hour class, all done on the mat. You could divide it into 2 or 3 shorter classes, if you prefer.

All of my in-person classes have been temporarily moved to Zoom online-streaming during the CoVid-19 Pandemic. In this video, filmed in late 2017, I’m exercising with Judy, one of my wonderful class members. When we can all go back to our “normal” lives, feel free to join us in Marin County.
