Join Jeanette and Judy for a full body stretch on the mat, that will not just lengthen your muscles and connective tissues but will calm your mind and whole body. We'll do a blend of basic stretches, yoga, some core-strengthening, and a guided, relaxing meditation at the end. This is almost a full hour class, all done on the mat. You could divide it into 2 or 3 shorter classes, if you prefer.
