Functional Fitness Over 50

I love how well the exercises we do together in my boomer and senior classes help maintain and improve our functional fitness for easier, daily living. Life is meant to be enjoyed…there’s so much we can enthusiastically explore, express, learn and create while we’re alive on this beautiful Earth of ours. Staying active makes that possible at every age! Here’s what Stephanie, age 79, from my Fit and Fun Youthful Hearts class had to say after returning from another one of her many adventurous trips. She is truly inspirational and so radiantly adorable to me!

“On our latest trip, which was a cruise in the South Pacific, we enjoyed walking, sometimes on uneven surfaces, snorkeling, swimming and climbing in and out of small boats.  I believe that without Jeanette Logan’s exercise program, I would not have had the confidence and ability to participate in these quite strenuous activities.  I am 79 years old and am most grateful that I can still undertake these wonderful adventures.” ~Stephany Burton, Novato, CA

    Monday:

     9:15am - 10am, Fit and Fun, Low Impact Aerobics + more

     10:30am - 11:15am, Still Going Strong, Strength & Stretch + more

     12:45pm - 1:15pm Line Dancing (we'll do 2 or 3 beginner dances.)

    Thursday:

     9:15am - 10am, Fit and Fun, Low Impact Aerobics + more

     10:30am - 11:15am, Still Going Strong, Strength & Stretch + more

    12:45pm - 1:30pm, Chair Exercise, light cardio, strength & stretch

    When the Pandemic is over, and we're allowed to gather in-person again, then we'll resume the following classes and times.
