Functional Fitness Over 50

I love how well the exercises we do together in my boomer and senior classes help maintain and improve our functional fitness for easier, daily living. Life is meant to be enjoyed...there's so much we can enthusiastically explore, express, learn and create while we're alive on this beautiful Earth of ours.
