Dance Around the World

I LOVE to dance. How about you? Dance is one of my favorite art forms, and it’s my #1 preferred way to exercise. Just put on some great music and start moving. Anyone can do it– no choreographed steps required! Dance is a universal language and one of the best ways we can express ourselves. It’s a great stress reliever and burns calories while we’re having fun. Ever wonder what people around the world look like when they dance? Well Matt Harding did, and he traveled to the far corners of the globe to find out and dance with many different people. This awesome video follows his moves.
