Guided Relaxation Video with Nature Scenery

For this video post, for variety, I’ve decided to create a relaxation experience for you instead of the usual exercise theme. Truly, our wellness is a result of balancing the many facets of living. Our bodies do their best healing when we are deeply calm and relaxed. Watch this video and go on a peaceful journey into your own self nurturing for stress release, harmony and balance.

By the way, my voiceover on this video is taken from one of our many live class meditations, so be forgiving of its imperfections.  Hope you enjoy…I sure did have fun creating it. You may leave feedback for me on the bottom of this page. I would love to hear from you!

    I always enjoy your newsletters, but Ed and I really
    enjoyed the relaxation tape. Ed doesn’t get the opportunity to hear the relaxation part of your exercise as I do. Anyway we both layed down while listening and both nearly fell asleep. Thanks again for such a special treat.

    I love this! I must admit that I had a hard time keeping my eyes open because your voice is so relaxing. HOwever, when I did open my eyes I was always delighted by what I saw. Your relaxation experiences are the best ever!

      Hello Linda, Actually you can follow along with eyes open or closed whichever way you prefer. I’ve been told a few times that I put people to sleep. 🙂 Not your typical compliment…but I receive it gladly! Leading guided relaxation/meditations is one of my all time favorite things to do so I’m so touched by your comment. Thanks so much!

    A Peaceful journey,looking up at the beautiful blue sky and just feeling the clouds floating by,awesome sunsets with warm orange glows,ocean,rocks and nature. Lots of trees,evergreens,and Palm trees.One tree had a BlueJay sitting on a limb.I was wondering where the Bay Bridge was located. By the time i got to the end of the meditation, i almost fell asleep but i had to stay awake to the end because if i didn’t stay awake i would have missed something,the white Daisies with a bug on one of the Daisies. A calming voice saying,”Come On Back”. Many thanks to Jeanette and Lynelle for making the meditation and photos possible. Mary
