I like part 2 as much as part 1. I’m going to do them back to back for a 10 minute stretch routine in the morning. Thanks Jeanette. I appreciate you taking the time to put this together for us.
Hi Cynthia. yay! I wasn’t sure that anyone would take the time to do my stretch part 2. Especially since I didn’t make it as obvious as part 1. I think having a gentle 10 minute stretch in the morning is a fantastic idea!
