When you think of world record holders in track and field you probably don’t think about Canadian Olga Kotelko. Her competitive quest has taken her from Argentina to Austrailia and she has won numerous medals. She is truly a remarkable 91 year old woman.  You have got to watch this video! You’ll be amazed and inspired for sure.  I sure was!

Note: There is a short commercial before the spotlight video, but it’s worth the few seconds that it takes to get to the good stuff! Does she inspire you at all? Let me know by leaving a comment below.

woo-hoo. Wow. This woman is amazing. I almost fell on the floor when I saw what she can do at her age. Proof that growing older doesn’t have to mean falling apart. Thanks for this Jeanette. I feel inspired!
