    Hello Jeanette: Yes it is Spring and the flowers are planted and they’re freezing too! I do hope to see you soon, but life’s been messy lately. I had my back procedure recently and may stop by Tuesday or Thursday for a bit to see how it feels.

    Dear Jeannette,
    Thank you for this excellent Newsletter. The leg exercises with this issue are very helpful as I continue to recover from this hip fracture. I am planning on walking in a few minutes and later off to the gym. Thank you, again, for all your support and help.

    hi Jeanette! I loved the newsletter – lots of good info & some fun stuff too. Just want to let you know I’m looking forward to enrolling in your new line dancing class (mentioned it to one of my sons & he asked “Mom, does this mean you’ll begin hanging out at cowboy bars?????”) Anyway, I’ll be away during May but plan to sign up for the 2nd offering when I get back….

    I just finished 5 minute leg sit up. Am going to keep on computer to do everyday, and will do chair one today also. Bunny

      Hi there Bunny,
      Wow, that was fast! You are one eager beaver and I really like that about you. Glad to hear that you’re going to repeat this exercise for better leg strength. You might want to alternate between episode #4 and #5. One day do #4, next day do #5. That will give you some good variety and work your legs in a slightly different way. Plus, I recommend taking one day off each week from exercise to rest your muscles. Thanks for the comment!
