I made this 5-minute, seated balance training video for my Youthful Hearts subscribers who are not able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Balance is like any other skill….if you practice it little by little, you’ll notice improvement over time. Here are three basic balance exercises for you to practice at home. (Not a subscriber?     Hi Jeanette, I really enjoy the chair exercises, especially the ones for balance. I’m trying to keep my muscles in tone by going to independent physical therapy twice a week. I lose my muscle tone very quickly in my thighs. Thank you so much for the chair exercises. Missing your classes very much, Margaret
