Strength, Flexibility, Balance & Aliveness For Your Body, Mind & Spirit

Happy New Year Everyone!

How are all of you sweet Youthful Hearts doing? Hopefully you haven’t floated away in this continuous rain we’ve been having. Did you managed to have some fun this holiday season? I hope so! I’ve enjoyed a wonderful holiday vacation, blending playtime with lots of quality rest, some bits of meaningful work and some exercise, of course. I only exercised one time outdoors this whole 2 weeks! The rest was indoors…mostly in my own garage. 🙂

Each time that I exercised during my vacation, I allowed myself to do whatever I felt inspired to do in the moment. I even danced around the house a couple of times to my favorite music! That was a blast. My husband was thoroughly entertained by that one, I assure you. It was nice to take a break from my usual busy schedule. As a result, I’m now feeling rested and all fired up for this new year! Yippie!

I’ve missed you all a lot and am eager to see your beautiful faces again in class. I’ll enjoy hearing about your holidays and cutting a rug to some upbeat music. Let’s get our hearts pumping, blood circulating, minds activated, moods lifted, bones and muscles strengthened, systems balanced and our spirits awakened! Weeee! No matter what the weather will be this week, I’ll be there ready to kick up my heels again with all of you. I hope that you’ll come and join the fitness fun to help get your 2011 started off with a healthy bang, with plenty of quality self care and nurturing.

As usual, you all have helped to contribute to my joyfulness over the holidays (and all year long). I am overwhelmed by the depth of your generosity. As a result of your abundant gifts this holiday season, I was able to buy myself some very special treats PLUS my hubby and I went to see TWO plays: 1001 Arabian nights at the Berkeley Rep Theatre and  Shrek the Musical at the Orpheum in San Francisco. Both performances were thoroughly entertaining. And I still have some money left over! Don’t know what I’m going to do with it, but I’m sure not going to save it for a rainy day. I think I’ll save it for a sunny day instead. 🙂 I feel so valued by all of you, and I can not thank you enough for what you do for me.  I look forward to spending quality time with you in this new year. I’ll see you soon.

With love,
Jeanette
