A green smoothie is a delicious drink made with green leafy vegetables and fruit. With one green smoothie you can consume 5-8 servings of fruits and vegetables!  Green Smoothies are simple to make. Take any fresh greens you like and blend them with your favorite fruits in a small amount of water. If you're not crazy about the taste of greens, don't worry. How are all of you sweet Youthful Hearts doing? Hopefully you haven't floated away in this continuous rain we've been having. Did you managed to have some fun this holiday season? I hope so! I've enjoyed a wonderful holiday vacation, blending playtime with lots of quality rest, some bits of meaningful work and some exercise, of course.
